Altitude Montréal is a residential high-rise in downtown Montreal with 33 floors housing apartments for residents. The building stands approximately 124 meters tall and connects directly to the surrounding urban street network and nearby amenities.

Altitude Montréal was built on the site of a former parking lot at 1225 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard. The French Wikipedia gives a construction start of 3 May 2010 with completion in 2013, when its 124 m made it Montreal's tallest residential tower, two metres above Port-Royal. It was soon surpassed by the Roccabella and Tour des Canadiens in 2016 and by L'Avenue in 2017, leaving it second tallest as of 2021.

The tower's street level holds the restaurants Zibo and Moretti, open to passers-by on Robert-Bourassa Boulevard. Residents share hotel-style services: a pool, spa, fitness centre, lounge, restaurant, business centre, conference room, concierge and valet. Interior design is by Nicole Vekemans.

The building sits within walking distance of downtown shops and dining options, with direct access to transit connections. Visitors can view the exterior and experience the surrounding area from street level.

Altitude Montréal was designed by Jean-Pierre Lagacé Architects, with the same firm behind the Louvre Pyramid among the designers. Its street level houses the restaurants Zibo and Moretti, and the tower was built on the site of a former parking lot.
