L'Avenue is a 184-meter (600-foot) high-rise with 50 floors of glass and steel that rises near the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal. The building combines residential units, office spaces, and a hotel under one structure.

The project began in 2014 and was completed in 2017, making it the tallest building Montreal had built since 1992. This completion marked an important turning point in the city's downtown growth and development.
