L'Avenue is a 50-storey, 184-metre mixed-use skyscraper on Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, across from the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal. Its front curtain wall facing the arena has three distinct slopes; the lowest overhangs the sidewalk above the commercial and office floors. The tower holds 325 residential units, and a Provigo Le Marché grocery store occupies the second floor.

Excavation began in December 2017 and work was completed in 2020, after the earlier French-language sources had reported a 2014 start and 2017 finish. At 184 metres and 50 floors, it is the tallest building erected in Montreal since 1992. The facade facing the Bell Centre has three sloping planes, the lowest overhanging the sidewalk above the commercial and office floors.

The name L'Avenue comes from Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, the street it faces across from the Bell Centre.
