The complex houses major Canadian institutions, including the National Bank of Canada headquarters and Investissement Quebec, reflecting Montreal's position as a financial center.
The building connects directly to Square-Victoria-OACI Metro Station and provides access to numerous services through Montreal's extensive underground pedestrian network.
Architect Sylvia Gottwald-Thapar designed both towers with identical heights of 128 meters, creating a symmetrical presence in Montreal's downtown landscape.
