Complexe Maisonneuve

Complexe Maisonneuve comprises two modern office towers in downtown Montreal connected through the city's underground pedestrian network. Each tower reaches 128 meters in height and contains multiple office floors with contemporary facilities and infrastructure.

The two towers were completed in 1983 during Montreal's urban renewal and expansion of its financial district. Construction responded to growing demand for contemporary office spaces as financial institutions continued to grow.

The towers house headquarters and offices of major Canadian banking and investment firms that shape the country's financial landscape. Daily crowds of business professionals move through the lobbies and connect to the underground network, making it a hub of economic activity.

The towers connect directly to Square-Victoria-OACI Metro Station and are easily accessible by public transit. Direct access to underground passages allows visitors to navigate the surrounding area comfortably regardless of weather conditions.

Both towers were designed with exactly matching heights, creating a deliberately balanced visual presence in the downtown skyline. This symmetrical arrangement was an intentional design choice that distinguishes the complex from many neighboring structures.
