Ernst & Young Tower, Neomodern skyscraper in Financial District, Toronto, Canada
The Ernst & Young Tower rises 42 floors with glass walls and integrates sections of the previous Concourse Building at 100 Adelaide Street West.
The 2017 construction replaced the 1928 Art Deco Concourse Building, incorporating its south and east walls into the new glass structure.
The preserved elements of the Concourse Building include mosaics created by J.E.H. MacDonald, who belonged to the Group of Seven artists.
The tower contains 199,335 square meters of office space, with Ernst & Young occupying 20,900 square meters across multiple floors.
A 460-square-meter outdoor terrace on the 14th floor provides an open-air space within the LEED Platinum certified building.
