McCowan District Park is an urban park in Toronto's east end with athletic fields, basketball courts, and walking paths distributed across its grounds. The facility includes areas for children to play, picnic zones, and multiple entrances for visitor access.

The park occupies a former public works yard of the old City of Scarborough. In 2004 Toronto's Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division published a two-phase redevelopment plan; phase one opened in 2006 with trails, a multi-use sports field and a playground. Phase two was built from 2014 to 2017, adding an outdoor ice rink and recreation buildings.

The park's name comes from McCowan Road, the arterial it runs along; the surrounding area is Eglinton East in Scarborough. The outdoor ice rink, added in the second phase completed in 2017, is only the second such rink in Scarborough since 1973, after Albert Campbell Square, so winter skating here is a recent local tradition.

The park can be accessed through multiple entrances along McCowan Road with parking available nearby. Visitors should look for clearly marked areas for different activities, which makes finding specific facilities straightforward.

The site was a City of Scarborough public works yard before its conversion to parkland. Its outdoor ice rink, completed in 2017, is the second such rink in Scarborough since 1973, after Albert Campbell Square. Regular visitors have asked for a pedestrian crossing at the McCowan Road entrance at Bridlegrove Drive since a fatal collision there in 2007.
