The Franciscan Church features a classical interior design with stone walls, arched windows, and architectural elements characteristic of medieval religious buildings.
The monastery was founded in 1280, and after religious conflicts during the Reformation period, the Franciscans returned to their establishment in 1546.
The church holds manuscripts from the 15th century, including the Missale festivum OFM containing Sunday and Feast-day masses specific to Franciscan practices.
