Reformed church, Protestant church in Solothurn, Switzerland

The Reformed Church at Westringstrasse 14 is a church building with clear geometric forms and functional design. The structure shows early modern architectural features and provides space for worship services and religious gatherings.

Architect Armin Meili designed and built this structure in 1925 as a new Protestant worship place in a region with a Catholic majority. Its completion marked the modernization of Reformed worship in Solothurn.

The church expresses its Protestant faith through simple, unadorned architecture that deliberately avoids decorative excess. Inside, the space reflects reformed beliefs and creates a place of quiet reflection for believers from different backgrounds.

The building is located in the western part of town and is accessible by foot from various residential areas. Visitors should check ahead about whether services or visits are open to the public.

The building was designed by a prominent Swiss architect and meets high standards for construction and longevity. Its recognition as a national heritage property confirms its value to Swiss architecture.
