Giessenturm

Giessenturm is a 25-story residential tower in Dübendorf that combines independent living apartments with nursing care facilities. The building houses 80 residential units, 60 care rooms, and an on-site restaurant open to both residents and outside visitors.

The tower was built as Dübendorf shifted from a farming community to a modern urban area near Zurich. Its construction reflects how the region adapted to accommodate new forms of living and community needs over time.
