Jabee Tower is a high-rise building in Dübendorf, in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, with an elliptical footprint and a slanted roofline. It has 32 floors with 218 apartments and commercial spaces at street level, and a continuous band of light traces the roofline after dark.
The JaBee Tower was built as a 100-metre, 32-storey residential high-rise in the Hochbord quarter next to Stettbach station. Until the Bäre-Tower in Ostermundigen was completed in 2022, it was the tallest residential building in Switzerland. The site belongs to the Beerstecher AG, the neighbouring company founded by Jakob Beerstecher, after whom the tower is named.
The name "JaBee Tower" refers to Jakob Beerstecher, founder of the neighbouring Beerstecher AG, the company that owned the building plot. The spelling echoes the initials of his first and last name, so the tower carries the name of the local firm behind the site rather than any Japanese connection.
The building stands right next to Stettbach station, so public transport is the most straightforward way to get there. The north side offers the clearest view of the full height of the tower, with open space around the base.
