Karlsdorf-Neuthard

Karlsdorf-Neuthard is a municipality in Landkreis Karlsruhe, situated between Bruchsal and Karlsruhe. The area spans roughly 14 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of about 109 meters above sea level.

The municipality formed in 1975 from the merger of Karlsdorf, established in 1813, and Neuthard, first mentioned in 1281. Karlsdorf arose from the resettlement of people from the neighboring region of Dettenheim.
