ArsTecnica is a model railway exhibition in the former customs office in Losheim, part of Hellenthal. Its H0 layout covers about 250 m² and depicts an Eifel landscape with a fictional baroque castle, a fully lit airport, a fairground, a zoo and a harbour. A continuous 2 km track network carries over 100 trains, and a car system with 24 vehicles runs alongside.

ArsTecnica opened on 27 March 1997 in Losheim's former customs office on the German-Belgian border. At its opening the Euro-Tecnica layout was the first fully digitally controlled model railway in Europe and the largest of its kind. In 2008 a separate USA-themed layout of about 50 m² was completed, and the OSTRA collection has been shown there since 2007.

The exhibition is part of the Ardenner Cultur Boulevard in Losheim, alongside ArsKRIPPANA and ArsFIGURA. Its OSTRA collection, shown since 2007, comes from Vienna-born Otto Straznicky of Erftstadt, nicknamed Ostra, who rode his live-steam Ostra-Bahn at some 800 exhibitions and carried more than a quarter of a million children.

ArsTecnica occupies the former customs office in Losheim, on the German-Belgian border, and shares the Ardenner Cultur Boulevard with the ArsKRIPPANA nativity and ArsFIGURA doll exhibitions. The H0 layout covers about 250 m², while the whole exhibition area is around 2000 m², so allow time to walk through the themed sections, the OSTRA collection and the roughly 50 dioramas.

The OSTRA collection, shown since 2007, comes from Vienna-born Otto Straznicky of Erftstadt, nicknamed Ostra. With his live-steam Ostra-Bahn he appeared at around 800 exhibitions and carried more than a quarter of a million children. His collection ranges from rare Märklin and Bing locomotives from 1885 onward to some 500 locomotive factory plates, among them a Belgian plate from Ateliers Detombay.
