Roßlau is a district in Dessau-Roßlau that spreads across both banks of the Elbe River in Saxony-Anhalt. The area forms the northeastern section of the city and sits at around 71 meters elevation along the river.
The area was first mentioned in 1215 and belonged to the Principality of Anhalt-Zerbst for centuries. It merged with Dessau in 2007 to form the city of Dessau-Roßlau.
