Biosphäre Potsdam

Biosphäre Potsdam is an indoor botanical garden filled with tropical plants and wildlife located in the city. Multiple sections like a palm grove, mangrove swamp, and two lakes with waterfalls showcase different ecosystems.

The space is open year-round and works well for visits on rainy or cold days. The climate-controlled environment keeps conditions consistent, so outdoor weather never gets in the way.

Trees grow up to 14 meters tall inside, giving visitors a sense of actual rainforest depth. This height allows rare orchids and epiphytes to flourish in their natural forms.
