Bonifazius-Türme, Twin office towers near Central Station, Mainz, Germany
The Bonifazius Towers reach 95 meters in height and contain 24 floors of office spaces, constructed with steel, concrete, glass, and aluminum materials.
Built between 1976 and 1977, the towers were initially planned as a single 130-meter structure before the design changed to include two separate buildings.
The 22nd floor houses the Young Channel of ARD and ZDF broadcasting networks, contributing to German media production and distribution.
The complex includes an underground parking facility with 450 spaces, including five designated spots for individuals with disabilities, operating 24 hours daily.
In 2004, the first Mainz Tower Run took place, with participants climbing 600 stairs to the 24th floor and back in 4 minutes and 24 seconds.
