Bürohaus an der Alten Oper, High-rise office building in Financial District, Germany
The glass and metal structure rises 89 meters with 20 floors at the intersection of Neue Mainzer Straße and Junghofstraße in Frankfurt.
The construction of this commercial building began in 1981 and reached completion in 1984, designed by four German architects including Hubertus von Allwörden.
The building stands near the Old Opera House, creating a visual connection between Frankfurt's financial center and its cultural institutions.
The structure contains 21,000 square meters of rentable space, including 20,000 for offices and 1,000 for storage, with an underground parking for 268 vehicles.
Following its 2015 renovation, the lobby features 5.80-meter-high ceilings and maintains a 24-hour reception service for its financial sector tenants.
