Marienturm

Marienturm is an office tower with 38 floors rising 155 meters above Frankfurt, containing roughly 45,450 square meters of workspace behind a modern glass facade. The building faces Taunusanlage Park and anchors the skyline of this central business district.

Construction took place from 2015 to 2019, establishing this tower as one of Frankfurt's 15 tallest buildings upon completion. The project represented the city's ongoing renewal of its financial core.

The lobby welcomes visitors with natural materials like wood and stone, creating a warm environment within a modern office setting. This design blends work spaces with approachable, human-friendly elements that soften the corporate character.

The building connects directly to Taunusanlage train station and provides 267 parking spaces, including 77 electric vehicle charging stations. Walking access to nearby parks and downtown shops is straightforward from this location.

Four reinforced concrete cores support the entire structure, distributing the weight of the 155-meter tower throughout the building. This engineering approach allows open floor plans that office tenants can arrange to suit their needs.
