FestSpielHaus is a theatre and officially recognized youth support center in Munich that offers performances and artistic programs for young people. The space functions both as a stage for productions and as a meeting place where groups participate in acting, dance, and music workshops.

The FestSpielHaus began in the early 1970s as a youth meeting place and seniors' day centre set up by the Arbeiterwohlfahrt in Neuperlach's first supermarket. In 1982 staff founded the Kobold e.V. association, leading to the Kulturwerkstatt Ost; in 1995 the Kobold e.V. took over and renamed the project FestSpielHaus, with regular theatre operations starting that year at Quiddestraße 17. It was recognised in 1999 as a youth welfare provider under § 75 KJHG, and in 2019 it moved to Rosenheimer Straße 192.

The name FestSpielHaus combines the words for festival, play and house. The theatre group Kaschperl Prod. has performed here since the 1970s, when the site was still a youth centre in Neuperlach. Since 2009 the venue has also housed the Yorick theatre school, a vocational college for theatre and theatre pedagogy.

The venue sits at Rosenheimer Str. 192 in Ramersdorf, east of the city centre, not centrally. It is reachable by S-Bahn and tram along Rosenheimer Straße. Since the move in July 2019, the address differs from the earlier Quiddestraße 17 site, so check which location a programme is listed under.

The venue regularly showcases productions developed and performed by the participants themselves, giving young people real stage experience. These shows often grow from their own stories and interests, making each performance a genuine reflection of their world.
