Auto & Uhrenwelt Schramberg

Auto & Uhrenwelt Schramberg is a technology museum housed in a former clock factory, displaying over 100 vehicles and numerous timepieces. The museum spans multiple floors and sections, showcasing objects from different decades of the 20th century.

The museum opened in 2010 and documents Schramberg's industrial history, where clock manufacturing provided the foundation for later automobile production. This craft tradition evolved over the century into a significant manufacturing industry in the region.

The site is easy to walk through and the path between the different exhibition areas is well connected with passages and stairs. Plan several hours to see all the collections thoroughly, as the venue is quite large.

The museum houses one of the world's largest collections of HO-scale model railways, displayed in a dedicated section. This detailed collection provides an intriguing contrast to the large-scale vehicles shown in the main halls.
