Parkanlage Vorwerk

The park extends across 5.8 hectares of varying elevations, featuring multiple ponds connected by waterfalls, walking paths, and a 20-meter-high cliff from a former quarry.

The Vorwerk family established the park in 1907, incorporating a summer residence called Villa Emma, which remained until its demolition in 1959.

The park contains an extensive collection of rhododendrons that bloom in various colors during early summer, arranged in groups near ponds and along pathways.

Visitors can access the park through the Adolf-Vorwerk-Strasse entrance and navigate through different levels with a total elevation change of 60 meters.

The park incorporates a restored 73-meter-long pergola and a historical grotto with waterfalls along the Marper Bach stream.
