St. Jodokus, Gothic church in Bielefeld, Germany.

The St. Jodokus church exhibits Gothic architecture with pointed arches, ribbed vaults, and flying buttresses in its structural design.

The Franciscan convent church, consecrated in 1511, remained Catholic during the Protestant Reformation and continued until the convent's dissolution in 1829.

The interior contains artistic treasures including a Black Madonna from 1220, a wooden statue of Saint Jodokus from 1480, and a Kreienbrink organ.

The parish office at Klosterplatz 1 opens Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings, plus Monday and Thursday afternoons for administrative matters.
