The Kulturpfad Porz extends through multiple neighborhoods of the Porz district, featuring numerous information panels about local landmarks and historical buildings.
The trail passes through Langel's Fronhof, a significant agricultural site first documented in 965 that underwent reconstruction following its destruction by fire in 1633.
The route connects various religious monuments, including the Nikolaus-Kapelle from 1100 and multiple wayside crosses erected between the 17th and 19th centuries.
The trail comprises four distinct tours, with Tour 1 starting at Wahn train station and Tour 2 beginning at Deutzer Hafen along the Rhine River.
In the 1980s, the city's conservation office installed approximately 100 information panels throughout the district, funded by Küppers Brauerei until 1990.
