Museumsberg Flensburg

Museumsberg Flensburg is an art museum with two connected buildings displaying regional art and cultural objects from Schleswig. The exhibition space spans across both structures and presents an extensive collection.

A furniture maker named Heinrich Sauermann donated his personal collection in the 1870s, establishing the museum's foundation. This early gift shaped how the institution developed into what it is today.
