Neuperlach

Neuperlach is a residential district in southeastern Munich with multiple housing developments, apartment buildings, shopping areas, and parks distributed across the neighborhood. The district contains various amenities and green spaces throughout its residential layout.

The district began development in 1967 on former Perlacher Haid land, created to address Munich's growing housing demand during that period. This project represented a major expansion effort for the city at the time.

The neighborhood features modern residential design with public gathering spaces and the Ostpark, where local events and community meetings regularly take place. Residents use these areas as meeting points for daily social interaction and outdoor activities.

The neighborhood is well served by U5 and U7 underground lines that connect quickly to Munich's downtown area. The PEP shopping center offers a wide range of shops and stores for daily needs.

The neighborhood incorporates deep geothermal energy systems into its infrastructure to meet energy needs sustainably. This approach sets it apart from typical residential developments in the region.
