Ottoturm

The steel Ottoturm rises 18.59 meters above Kirchen, providing visitors with panoramic views across the Siegerland region from its observation platform.

The current structure replaced an original tower from 1911 that was named after local industrialist Otto Stein but had deteriorated beyond repair.

The tower functions as a central gathering point for outdoor enthusiasts, particularly mountain bikers who rate it highly on regional trail networks.

Visitors need to climb 104 steps to reach the observation deck, and the structure does not offer wheelchair accessibility or alternative means of ascent.

The tower sits at the intersection of multiple mountain biking trails, including the Pfannenbergturm loop and Druidenstein loop, attracting numerous riders throughout the year.
