Münster St. Georg Dinkelsbühl

The interior of Münster St. Georg features eleven pairs of pillars supporting varied ribbed vaults, creating a distinct structural pattern throughout the building.

Construction of the church commenced in 1448 and concluded in 1499, incorporating a Romanesque tower portal from approximately 1220 into the final structure.

The high altar presents a large shrine tablet with crucifixion scenes from 1490, while multiple side altars display different periods of religious artistry.

The church features a special window known as the Pretzl Window, donated by local bakers and positioned in the upper section of the last window.
