The Villa Schwalbenhof contains multiple spaces including the Erich-Kiefer-Hall, a fireplace room, and a winter garden for hosting various gatherings and celebrations.
Architect Fritz August Breuhaus de Groot constructed the villa in 1957 for industrialist Erich Kiefer, later becoming the final residence of writer Friedrich Sieburg until 1964.
The municipality purchased the building in 1982, transforming it into a cultural center that presents cabaret shows, music performances, literature readings, and children's theater.
The venue provides complete rental facilities with a kitchen, bar, and different room configurations that accommodate both large gatherings and intimate celebrations.
A memorial exhibition dedicated to Friedrich Sieburg, relocated to the Erich-Kiefer-Hall during renovations, documents the life of this notable German literary critic.
