The Weisenau Bridge is a 900-metre, six-lane motorway bridge on the A 60 linking Mainz-Weisenau with Ginsheim-Gustavsburg. Its three-span steel river section is 409.40 metres long, with spans of 73.70, 203.94 and 131.76 metres. It was built from 1961 to 1962 by the MAN Werk Gustavsburg. Combined foot and cycle paths run across the Rhine on both sides.

The bridge was built between 1961 and 1962 by the MAN Werk Gustavsburg. From spring 2003, a renovation under the administration of Rhineland-Palatinate strengthened the load-bearing structure, widened it by 0.75 m on each side and renewed the sealing, road surface and expansion joints, allowing six lanes between the Mainz-Laubenheim and Ginsheim-Gustavsburg junctions at a cost of about 15.3 million euros.

The bridge links two inhabited areas and is used daily by many people commuting between the Rhine banks. It shapes the landscape of both communities and remains a familiar landmark for locals and visitors alike.
