Built between 1950 and 1951 for Magdeburg industrial companies including Krupp-Gruson and Buckau-Wolf, this neoclassical structure required an investment of 2.5 million Deutschmarks.
The venue maintains several dedicated spaces, including the Bördestube with 99 seats and the Salon Magdeburg with 50 seats for various performances and gatherings.
Located at Erich-Weinert-Straße 27 in Magdeburg, the complex includes multiple conference rooms and a Greek restaurant called Troja on the ground floor.
The building's southern facade displays three main entrance portals within a three-axis risalit, incorporating elements of Baroque architecture and Art Deco influence.
