Kampa Halle, Multi-purpose hall in the East Westphalian town of Minden.

Kampa Halle is a multi-purpose hall in Minden with spacious, open architecture and flexible interior layouts. The building features high ceilings, level flooring, and movable seating that allow it to adapt to different events, and is equipped with lighting and sound systems.

The Kampa-Halle opened in 1970 as the Kreissporthalle Minden, built by the former Kreis Minden mainly for school sport, with the Leo-Sympher-Berufskolleg, Freiherr-vom-Stein-Berufskolleg and Besselgymnasium next door. In 1999 it was modernised into a multi-purpose venue for sport and culture with funding from the prefabricated-house manufacturer Kampa and a North Rhine-Westphalia ministry, and renamed after the sponsor. It closed on 31 December 2019 over building and fire-safety defects; the Kreistag voted for renovation in October 2020, and it reopened on 8 September 2021 with GWD Minden's first home match of the 2021/22 Bundesliga season.

The hall's name comes from Kampa, the prefabricated-house manufacturer whose sponsorship funded the 1999 modernisation, when the Kreissporthalle Minden became the Kampa-Halle. GWD Minden plays its home handball matches here, and the 2021/22 Bundesliga licence was granted after a VIP room was installed. The stage offers up to 210 m² of floor space for cultural events.

The hall stands next to the Leo-Sympher-Berufskolleg, the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Berufskolleg and the Besselgymnasium, on the eastern side of the Weser. The playing area measures 48 by 23 metres, or 48 by 29 metres without the front stand, under a ceiling 9.20 metres high. The south foyer covers about 500 m² with ticket counters and catering, the north foyer about 400 m² for exhibitions.

The hall's shooting ranges for small-calibre rifles, air guns, pistols and bows are easy to miss. The stage offers up to 210 square metres of performance space, and the south foyer covers around 500 square metres with ticket counters and catering.
