Villa Andreae, Art Nouveau villa in Kronberg im Taunus, Germany

Villa Andreae is a two-storey half-timbered building at Goethestraße 39, built around 1900 in Jugendstil style for the Andreae family. Its facade is richly articulated with a corner tower, oriel windows, a veranda and loggia-like extensions. It stands at the edge of the Victoriapark, beside the listed villas at Goethestraße 37 and 43.

The villa's name recalls the Andreae family, who commissioned it around 1900; it is not the Villa Andreae in neighbouring Königstein. Along with Goethestraße 37 and 43 (Villa Hochstrasser), it forms a row of protected villas on the eastern edge of Victoriapark, a group that shapes the street's appearance.

The house is located at Goethestrasse 39 at the edge of a park, where you can view it from outside during a walk. Walking around the villa gives you good views of its different sides and architectural details.

The house is not to be confused with the Villa Andreae in neighbouring Königstein im Taunus. Along with its neighbours at Goethestraße 37 and 43 (Villa Hochstrasser), it forms a row of three listed villas on the eastern edge of Victoriapark.
