The building operated as a tile stove production facility until 1969, later housing administrative offices before its transformation into a cultural center.
The center hosts contemporary art exhibitions, film screenings, concerts, and literature events, contributing to the regional cultural development of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
The eco-hotel accommodates 50 guests, while eight holiday houses provide additional lodging options, located five minutes from Lake Zierker.
The restaurant section occupies former workshop and kiln rooms, serving regional and organic dishes beneath preserved industrial elements.
