Badesee Mörfelden-Walldorf

Badesee Mörfelden-Walldorf is a natural swimming lake with a sandy beach and spacious grass areas that spread across several hundred meters along the shore. A paved walking path circles the entire lake and connects all its different zones.

The water body was created in the second half of the 20th century as part of a community initiative to develop recreational facilities for local residents. Its development made the place an important recreation area in the Frankfurt metropolitan region.
