The Squaire

The Squaire is an office building at Frankfurt Airport that stretches 660 meters long and spans nine floors. The structure expands horizontally and integrates workspace, accommodation, and retail areas within one large complex.

Construction began in 2006 over Frankfurt Airport's long-distance train station and was completed in 2011. The project, originally called Airrail Center, marked a new era of infrastructure development at the airport.

The building houses offices, a hotel, and retail spaces all together under one roof. This mix allows travelers and business people to find everything they need in one location.

The building connects directly to Terminal 1 through a pedestrian corridor, making it easily accessible for air passengers. The nine floors with modern elevators and clear signage make it easy to navigate through the different areas.

The building was constructed directly over the railway tracks of the long-distance train station, representing a special engineering feat. This solution allows train passengers to depart for the city without leaving the building.
