Villa Bellemaison, Architectural heritage monument in Höllriegelskreuth, Pullach, Germany.

Villa Bellemaison is an architectural monument in Pullach-Höllriegelskreuth featuring a two-story structure with mansard hipped roof and central protruding section. The building at Zugspitzstraße 15 retains its original characteristics despite contemporary modifications and additions.

The villa was built in 1908 by architect Gustav von Cube for poet Carl Sternheim as a residential creation. This early 20th-century design reflects the architectural tastes and preferences of that era.

The villa reflects Louis-Seize style through ornate facade details and an elaborate interior staircase. A marble fountain basin within the surrounding park adds to the character of the residence.

The property sits on elevated banks of the Isar River, which affects how the building relates to its surroundings. Modern glass and steel additions are visually distinct from the original structure, making different sections easy to identify.

The property was acquired by Linde AG in 1986 and received a modern glass and steel extension for office use. This transformation demonstrates how historic structures can be adapted for contemporary purposes while maintaining their original features.
