Collundspark, Park in Duburg district, Flensburg, Germany.
Collundspark is a park in the Duburg district on a slope above Flensburg's city center, located at the intersection of Schlossstrasse and Duburger Strasse. Multiple paths connect these two streets through the green space.
The site was originally part of a large Baroque garden that covered a much broader area and connected to the Schlospark to the south. Over the course of the 19th century, these connections were lost and the area shrank considerably.
The park displays modern artificial ruins built from old foundation remnants that recall castle architecture. These remnants shape how the place looks today and invite exploration.
The park is accessible via several marked paths that were improved during renovation work between 2007 and 2008. Because of the sloped terrain, some paths are steeper than others, so appropriate footwear is helpful.
The site once housed the Collundtsche Gartenlaube, a restaurant that operated until 1888. Later it served as the location of the Viktoria bread factory during World War I.
