Hotel Weißes Ross

Hotel Weißes Ross is a protected monument in Halberstadt built with Saxon construction details and period design elements from past eras. Several rooms and halls spread across the building, which also includes an outdoor beer garden.

The building dates from a time when Saxon construction tradition shaped the region and today ranks among the protected monuments in Saxony-Anhalt. The brewing partnership with Nuremberg's Tucher Brewery has lasted 120 years and connects the inn with southern German brewing culture.

The inn operates several dining spaces with different character, including a farmhouse-style room that seats 35 people. Regional dishes form the heart of the menu and reflect the culinary traditions of central Germany.

Several rooms accommodate events, including the Jägerstube with seating for 30 guests. The outdoor beer garden offers seating for up to 60 visitors in good weather.

The beer menu includes a wide range of varieties from the Tucher Brewery in Nuremberg, with which the house has been connected for over a century. This long-standing cooperation makes the inn one of the few places in central Germany with such a selection of Franconian beers.
