Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Osu

Ebenezer Presbyterian Church is a brick building with Romanesque design located in the Osu neighborhood of Accra. The structure features arched windows, solid red brick walls, and an interior layout designed to hold around 2500 people during worship.

The congregation was established in 1847 by the Basel Evangelical Missionary Society, bringing organized Christian worship to the area. The current building dates to 1902, when the church relocated and constructed its new chapel at this location.

Services here are conducted in both English and the local Ga language, reflecting how the congregation blends two worlds together. The church serves as a gathering place for community events beyond worship, shaping the social life of the neighborhood.
