Château de Laroque, Medieval castle in Laroquebrou, France.

The castle features twin towers on its western side and incorporates a Romanesque chapel with ornate Lombard arches on the southern facade.

First documented in 1108 in the cartulary of Cahors, the castle was constructed during the 11th and 12th centuries as a strategic fortification.

The architecture combines different construction periods, evident in the older corner masonry that divides the southwest facade of the main building.

The castle remains under private ownership, requiring visitors to verify accessibility and opening hours through local information resources.

The northern section contains remnants of a square keep, while the eastern chapel displays a combination of Romanesque architecture with modern additions.
