Hôpital Saint Vincent de Paul, Former hospital in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, France.
The medical complex spans 3.4 hectares along Avenue Denfert-Rochereau, featuring multiple pavilions constructed during different periods of the nineteenth century.
Founded in 1648, the institution initially served as a sanctuary for abandoned children before expanding into a full-service hospital with a maternity ward in 1934.
The site transformed into Les Grands Voisins from 2015 to 2020, hosting 300 annual events and providing emergency housing for 1,000 individuals.
The facility closed its medical operations in 2012, transferring its healthcare services to Hôpital Cochin while maintaining extensive medical archives from 1895 to 2008.
During its operation as Les Grands Voisins, the complex attracted 600,000 visitors annually and supported numerous social enterprises through a 2-million-euro management budget.
