The structure transformed from a construction materials warehouse and fire station into a multidisciplinary cultural center in October 2004.
The venue maintains four artist studios, five music rehearsal rooms, and a dance studio where performers develop their craft throughout the year.
Located at 200 Quai de Valmy, the concert hall accommodates 330 people and remains open daily from noon until late, with extended hours on weekends.
The management team specialized in converting abandoned buildings into cultural spaces, following similar projects across France for over two decades.
