Rosny-Rail is a railway museum housed in the station building of Rosny-sous-Bois. Its facade has a rough brown and tan stone ground floor with three blue-framed openings and a sign reading "ROSNY-RAIL"; above, a white wall carries three blue-framed windows under red-brick arches. Inside, about twelve themed spaces cover the railway's main functions from the late 19th century to today.

The museum opened in the former Rosny-sous-Bois station building and grew out of the collection of a local railway club, whose members recovered vehicles in 1997. Its signal collection includes a PLM checkered square signal from the 1860s, and a Vignier signal box built by the PLM for the Moulins-sur-Allier area was dismantled and rebuilt on site.

The museum entrance reproduces a 1930s rural station hall, with a wooden ticket window, a luggage office, a coal stove in the waiting room, a parcel scale, trunks and suitcases ready for dispatch, and period posters. The signal box on display is a Vignier-type post built by the PLM company, brought from the Moulins-sur-Allier region, dismantled and rebuilt on site.

The museum occupies the station building of Rosny-sous-Bois, so it is reached directly from the platforms. Inside, twelve thematic spaces follow a chronological route from the late 19th century to the present. A reconstructed driver's cab lets visitors pilot a train on a miniature network, and a short ride on a motorised draisine runs along the service track beside the museum.

Visitors can operate a train simulator on a miniature network to gain hands-on experience with historical railway technology. This interactive element offers insight into how railway operators once performed their duties.
