Square Mozart

Square Mozart is a garden square in the 16th arrondissement near Muette that combines the functions of a private street with green space features. Along this roughly 77-meter-long and 12-meter-wide path stand gates and ornamental plantings that give the location its distinctive character.

The area opened originally in 1857 as Impasse de la Chaise before being renamed Square Mozart by decree in 1957. This renaming was part of a broader movement to name individual paths in the district after major artistic figures.
