The Protestant church building on Place Édouard-Normand features a spacious interior with a balcony and a minimalist architectural design from 1958.
The previous Protestant temple from 1855 was destroyed during World War II bombings in 1943, leading to the construction of this new building.
The temple includes a Protestant Museum section that presents documents and artifacts related to the Protestant heritage in the region.
The church contains a 400-square-meter worship hall accommodating 350 people and a 260-square-meter multipurpose room in the basement.
Architect Victoire Durand-Gasselin incorporated a non-figurative stained glass window created by Yves Dehais in 1978, based on Guy David's design.
