The Aviatic Bar incorporates ceramic decorations on its interior walls, including four panels that display floral landscapes from the early 1900s.
The establishment received its monument historique inscrit designation through an official order in May 1984, protecting its original Belgian ceramic interior decorations.
The interior ceramic decorations were created by Belgian company Gilliot et Cie and installed by their Paris representative G. Martin during the 1910s.
Located at 354bis rue de Vaugirard, the coffeehouse features a modern horseshoe-shaped counter and maintains regular service hours for coffee and pastries.
The ground floor establishment combines early twentieth-century architectural elements with contemporary coffee service in a protected historical setting.
