The Cime de Rocaillon reaches an elevation of 1,369 meters and stands prominently in the Mediterranean landscape of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.

The summit has been documented in geographic databases with feature ID -1462122 and serves as a reference point for mapping the Nice Prealps mountain range.

Local hiking communities maintain traditional routes to the summit, connecting various mountain passes including Col de Porte and Col Saint-Roch.

Visitors can access the summit from Col de la Porte parking area at 1,057 meters, following a 5.9-kilometer trail with 390 meters of elevation gain.

The forest trail leading to the summit offers views of Lucéram village situated 650 meters below in the Paillon River Valley.
