Église Notre-Dame de Valence, 19th century Catholic church in Valence, France

The central nave features tall stone columns supporting pointed arches, while stained glass windows filter natural light through religious scenes and geometric patterns.

Engineers Achille Tracol and architect Pierre Bossan designed this church in 1859, incorporating elements of French neo-Gothic architectural style.

The Gregorian choir assembles every Tuesday to practice traditional Catholic chants that echo through the stone vaults during religious services.

The church opens daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with the main Sunday mass held at 10:45 AM, except during July and August.

The Thomas workshop has continuously produced the church's stained glass windows since 1875, maintaining one of Valence's oldest craft traditions.
