MUSCO

MUSCO is a chocolate museum in Limonest with a complete production facility where visitors can follow the entire process from cocoa beans to finished products. The facility allows visitors to see all manufacturing steps in one location.

Richard Sève founded the facility in 2017 to showcase technical and historical aspects of chocolate manufacturing in France. This founding marked the beginning of a space bringing together craft and innovation.

The space demonstrates how French confectionery craft continues through contemporary methods and innovation. Displays show the techniques that define quality chocolate production today.

The museum is located on Allée des Frênes and offers guided tours with audio devices in multiple languages for visitors. Plan time to move through the different areas and follow the processes.

The building contains a research lab where scientists and engineers develop new chocolate variations and test modern production methods. This area shows how traditional techniques connect with experimental thinking.
