Nyhamn lighthouse is a white brick tower standing on the island of Jarso in the Aland Sea, rising about 34 meters above the water. The structure was built to guide maritime traffic through this coastal area and remains a notable landmark visible from considerable distances.
The lighthouse began operating in 1958 as part of Finland's maritime navigation system. Its lighting was deactivated in 2007, though the building has remained as a recognized coastal marker.
