Cibona Tower, Office tower in Savska street, Zagreb, Croatia.
The cylindrical structure rises 105 meters into the Zagreb skyline with a glass and concrete facade measuring 25 meters in diameter.
The construction of this 25-floor tower completed in 1987 marked a significant development period for Zagreb during the preparation for the Universiade games.
The tower represents a milestone in Croatian modern architecture, forming part of a complex that includes a 5400-seat basketball hall.
Twenty-six reinforced concrete pylons enable the structure to resist seismic activities up to level 7 on the Richter scale.
The building reduces its diameter in four distinct stages before reaching the radio mast at the summit of the structure.
