Kraljičina, Beach in Budva Municipality, Montenegro

Kraljičina is a pebble beach in a rounded cove near Miločer, about 500 metres from Sveti Stefan. A low pale stone retaining wall with a small arched opening runs behind the upper beach, and above it stands a long pale building with a red tile roof and dark windows, fronted by tall green trees. The beach is about 200 metres long, with a strip of coarse sand and shallow water where the pebbles meet the sea.

Queen Maria Karadjordjevic chose this stretch as her favored bathing spot, which led to it being named in her honor. The name Kraljičina translates directly to Queen's Beach, preserving this royal connection through the present day.

The name comes from Queen Maria Karađorđević, who used the beach as a favourite retreat; a rocky outcrop nearby, surrounded by cypress forest, was called "Queen's Chair" because a chair was placed on top for her to rest and enjoy the view of Budva's old town, Sveti Nikola island and the Sveti Stefan peninsula. In 2014, on 12 July, Novak and Jelena Đoković held their wedding ceremony here.

The beach has public facilities and offers direct access to the sea for swimming and water activities. Multiple transportation options connect the area to central Budva for visitor convenience.

A rocky cliff near the beach, ringed by cypress forest, is called Kraljičina stolica (Queen's Chair) because a chair was placed on its summit for Queen Maria to rest. From there the view takes in the old town of Budva, the island of Sveti Nikola and the Sveti Stefan peninsula.
